Tapro Financial Solutions is a professional, customer oriented service enterprise, dedicated to provide superior customer satisfaction, while progressing through such relationships. Accreditations

We are accredited with 15 plus Lenders thus enabling us to cater to wide spectrum of Clientele and the opportunity to have a better choice in selecting products for our Clients. Our Panel of Lenders includes the Big Four, other major and regional banks, international banks operating in Australia and other Mortgage lenders.

Management

TAPRO is managed by Sisira Herath. His experience in financial services, exposure while holding key positions in the banking industry and knowledge gained through education, has been invaluable in delivery of service to our Clients. Sisira;

Counts more than 25 years of experience in banking in Sri Lanka and Australia specializing Home Loans and Commercial Lending.
Is an Associate of Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
Is a Holder of Master of Business Administration (Sri. J) and Diploma in Banking.
Is a Past President and Honorary Life Member of the Association of Professional Bankers – Sri Lanka.
Is a Past Chief Examiner of the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka.

Memberships

We are a member of Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), an industry body working towards to ensure the orderly and ethical working of the mortgage and finance industry in Australia. Being a member, our activities are bound by a code of ethics thus ensuring maintenance of quality standards, continuing professional development and embracing best practice customer services.

We are also a member of the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL) which runs an independent dispute resolution scheme. We being a member of COSL, our Clients have access to them to resolve their issues in case they need.

We are associated with the leading Mortgage Aggregator PLAN Australia. This relationship provides us the opportunity to be at the leading edge of professionalism and innovation while having access to renowned mortgage software.
